Hi Justin,
This episode it is awesome, I think that I am going to have to listen it twice in order to get all the useful information.
There are a few questions that it would really great if you can answer.
If I do the minor daily fast recommended in this episode, would it be good to do my exercises in the morning without any food or it would be better to do it in the afternoon.
Dr. Ted says that we should wait one hour without taking any food after doing exercises, should we take something before? When would be the best moment to take some whey protein?
Thanks you very much.
